TL;DR Review

The first two Code Geass OVAs are nothing more than a recap of the first and second season, respectively. I consider the recap as filler episodes.

As with most, if not all, recap anime, many things were cut in the edit, and hence it is a very good anime for the new viewer.

I would suggest skipping these OVAs for the TV show instead. Code Geass contains graphic violence and some suggestive themes. Intended for young adults.
