TL;DR Review

My Hero Academia first OVA, “Save! Rescue Training” took place right after the first season. The 1-A class continue with their rescue exercise and demonstrated their teamwork when they found a villain may still be on the training ground.

The second OVA, “Training of the Dead”, is a team survival training that went horribly wrong when most of the 1-A class got turned into Zombie.

The animation is on par with the TV series’.

These are essentially filler episodes for My Hero Academia, but they are quite entertaining. You may not enjoy this as much if you have not seen the TV show.

I recommend the OVA to the fan of the series. The anime contains moderate graphic violence and mild suggestive themes/dialogs. Intended for young adults.
