The 16th season of One Piece is focused on the “Punk Hazard” arc. This arc is fine with just a few memorable events. This arc shows us Law power, introduces us to one of the more memorable villains, Caesar, and sprinkle the various episodes of characters and events that will be important in the later arcs.
The filler episodes for this season are 590 and 626-628, which is only 4 episodes out of 50, which isn’t bad. Episode 590 is a cross series episode that contains other icon characters from Dragon Ball and Toriko. You can skip it unless you really like all these series.
I recommend this season for One Piece fan, as it is an important stepping stone for later events. One Piece contains strong graphic violence and moderate suggestive themes/dialogs.
