Events Around Me is a listings website. We list events; we do not organise, run or sell tickets to them. This page explains what that means for you.
Event information can change
Events are submitted by users through the site's submission form or added by the Events Around Me team, and reviewed before they are published. Dates, times, venues and prices are provided by the organiser or submitter and can be changed by them afterwards. Events can also be cancelled or postponed. We try to show a clear status on the event page, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate or up to date. Please confirm the details with the organiser before you travel or buy a ticket.
Tickets, bookings and refunds
Ticket and registration links on event pages lead to websites run by organisers or other third parties. We are not a party to any purchase or booking, and refunds, cancellations and entry conditions are the responsibility of the organiser or the ticketing service you use.
Listing is not endorsement
Appearing on Events Around Me does not mean we endorse an event, organiser, performer or venue, or that we have inspected a venue or checked its safety, facilities or accessibility. If something is not shown on an event page (an address, access information, age limits), it has not been provided to us.
Maps and directions
Maps and direction links are provided by Google Maps and are a convenience only. Travel times and routes can differ from what is shown.
Articles and guides
Blog articles are general guides written by the Events Around Me team. Where an article mentions recurring annual events, the usual timing is only a planning aid: dates change each year and are set by the organisers.
Advertising
The site may show advertising from third parties such as Google AdSense. Ads are separate from event listings. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising and cookies are handled.
Reporting a mistake
If a listing looks wrong, use the report link on the event page or email [email protected]. Organisers can ask us to correct or remove their own listing the same way. More about how the site works is on the About page, and the Terms cover use of the site.
