DIWALI ON THE THAMES - BOAT PARTY, presented by Bombay Funkadelic, is a Diwali-themed boat party aboard the Golden Jubilee, sailing from Temple Pier, Victoria Embankment, London, WC2R 2PN. The event brings together Bollywood, Punjabi and Desi music for a Diwali celebration along the River Thames, with DJs Voix and Donna performing onboard.

The event features Bollywood, Punjabi and Desi beats, Indian food by KHAU GULLI, drinks, games, festive Diwali decorations across two decks, live entertainment and a professional photographer for portraits. Additional attractions include high-energy music, a confetti show, CO₂ blasts, card games, rangoli and free henna patterns by a mehndi artist. The Golden Jubilee features a covered and heated interior, an outdoor deck with city views, a large dance floor and two drinks bars. VIP tables are available for couples and groups. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis can be pre-ordered with tickets, while a snack menu is available to purchase onboard.

The Diwali boat party takes place on Friday, 6 November 2026, from 8 PM to midnight. Boarding begins at 7:30 PM, guest boarding starts at 7:45 PM, and the boat departs Temple Pier at 8 PM, returning at midnight. Guests must arrive on time, as the boat cannot be held for late arrivals and refunds are not provided for late arrival. Tickets start at £22 and are available through Fatsoma. The event is strictly 18+, and an original physical government-issued photo ID, such as a provisional driving licence, driving licence or passport, is mandatory for security checks and entry. Tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable.
