
JIKAKU Camp for Kids is a 3-day residential experiential wellbeing camp organized by Unitive Perception โ A Mental Health Organization. The camp will be held from 19โ21 September 2026 at Farmer's Share, Mundaya, Shoranur, Palakkad, and is designed for children and teens aged 7โ17 years.
JIKAKU, a Japanese word meaning "Self-Awareness," offers a nature-based wellbeing experience through mindfulness, creative arts, movement, experiential activities, and nature-based learning. The camp is designed to foster self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, confidence, resilience, empathy, compassion, communication, teamwork, creativity, self-expression, mindful living, life skills, independence, and meaningful connections with oneself, others, and nature.
Participants will take part in personal growth activities, creative and social learning, social and emotional intelligence sessions, creative arts and self-expression, mindfulness and wellbeing practices, communication and teamwork exercises, nature-based learning, movement and play, life skills development, and collaborative group experiences. The residential camp includes accommodation, nutritious homemade meals, activity and workshop materials, mindfulness sessions, and nature-based experiences.
