Changanacherry Marathon 2026 Season 5 is a marathon and sporting event presented by Sargakshetra Sports & Wellness Forum in Changanacherry, Kottayam, Kerala. The event carries the theme "Run Against Drug Abuse" and is powered by Muthoot Finance, with the aim of promoting healthy lifestyles and creating awareness against drug abuse.

The marathon features multiple running categories, including the 21K Half Marathon, 10K Competitive Run, 3K Fun Walk, Teens Race and Kids Fun Race. The event also focuses on active physical life, positive attitudes and awareness against drug abuse, particularly among the younger generation. There is no age limit for the 3K Fun Run. The total prize money is ₹3 lakh, and Olympic athlete Anju Bobby George is the marathon ambassador.

Changanacherry Marathon 2026 Season 5 will take place on Sunday, 29th November 2026, with the Start and Finish Point at Kristu Jyoti College, Changanacherry. The flag-off will be by Shri. Ramesh Chennithala. St Thomas Hospital is a partner of the event, while the event is presented in association with CPFT, Medimix, St. Thomas Hospital, Kristu Jyoti College (Autonomous), Toofan and Changanacherry Runners Club.
